How To Clean Your Contact Lenses

This video shows how to clean your contact lenses and keep them comfortable. Cean your lenses after or before each use. Use a special daily cleaner for soft lenses. I use Bausch & Lomb. Follow the insructions in this video. You must VERY GENTLY rub the contact lens on the palm of your hand in circular motions in order to remove protein residues. Turn the lens to the other side and rub again. Then wash the lens with a regular solution. Your lenses are clean now and ready for use. The color will stay clear and beautiful.
