Prince William County in Virginia passed an SB 1070-law back in 2007. It allows them to check immigration status if they have reasonable suspicion or if the person has been arrested on any infraction. Illegals do time then get handed over for deportation. Consequences of EPIC Win for PWC :

@calman1951 I can see your point, I guess its just we tried soo hard before the deportation but, since what was done was done. Nothing I could do would help, not even being a Citizen, getting married, ETC. Just very frustated with the way things occured. One feels like they are getting deported themselves, since he can not come back and I have to go there. However, I Thank you for the kind remarks they are appreciated :) God bless you both aswell
