i live by lost dutchman park. try pulling a boat up to apache lake and encountering an rv coming from the other direction. see who backs up first and how far they have to back up!

@jacklazzell It was GORGEOUS, though, and I will do it again, but leave the driving to someone else. :-) We don't even have bunny hills where I live.

@jacklazzell I am not exactly sure where you were on the trail. I was there 2 weeks ago and most of the road was not wider and had no guardrails during most of the trip.

Just did this trip last week 8/7/10 in a 4x4 F250 nice drive. Been up and down it many times. Love it.

The drive is good to Apache Lake on Apache Trail - that hill is just a four mile stip of apache trail. I go to Apache lake almost everyweekend with my boat - once you have taken it once, it is all good from there, no surprise once you know it
