The song is a bit much for both of them. Their voices hadn't matured enough to take on a song with that kind of range. There were pitch problems on both sides. The boy couldn't hit the low notes, and the long notes were shaky. His breath support isn't nearly what it needs to be to be taking on songs like this one. They will be great if they keep working, but they aren't quite there, yet. It's not playback, though.

Simbaguardaluna: I wasn't trying to be mean or a smartass. That boy seems to young to be able to sing that deep. This song is incredible, Beautiful. This may sound cold, and cruel, and mean; but is that boy really singing or is it lipsync? It's hard to believe that boy could have such a deep voice at his age but I could be wrong.
