  • did he make a mistake? first he said if you want to loosen the cup, you need to push towards the front of the frame, but later he said both sides are the same, that is push towards the front to tighten, and towards the back to loosen...confusing...

    i need to remove the forks of my bike but i cant because the inside of the hex bolt on the handle bars has kindv gone out of shape so when i try and twist the allen key it just doesnt work

  • @milanboy1986 One side is regular right-hand threads. The other is reversed, or left-hand threads.

  • Thanks dude $70 later i was able to pull the crank arm of and tighten that bloody bracket!! Cheers!!
