What people don't see is that Bloody High Claw can launch opponents too assure the attack lands. The start up may seem slow but look at everyone elses start ups, they all look slow because the camera freezes and zooms in. Not only that but in several videos they have shown Vega can link into his Super very easily now. Its now possible to link Cosmic Heel into Bloody High Claw giving Vega better offensive options then he already has.

@Anime4Life35 I think in videos they showed if you use it close enough, he does a rising knee that leads into it. If the knee will miss, he goes right into the super.
