Can other workouts be done in addition to this program such as arm and core exercises or will it be too much for the day?

Are you allowed to do normal workouts while doing this program? Like working biceps, triceps, shoulders, pecs etc??? Or will this put too much stress on your muscles?

I'm a little confused about Day 3. Is regular, close and wide one set, do i have to do them all for 9 sets? Or do i have to do regular pull ups x3 close x3 wide x3? Thx :)

my max pull ups was 19. i did this for a week and my new max is 26. this is a great program! i use it for push ups too

ok im 16 years old. i can do 20 without any movements(strict form), i can do more with movements like leg raising. is it normal for me? and also i cant get my abs to show off. im working on it for 1 years and im not happy with my results for that time... i hawe abs i feel them when i touch my body but really its hard to see it.. i tried alot abs programs i hawe no idea what could help me . If anyone can help me just pm me some programs i really appresiate it. Sorry for bad english :P

@aleksandrascc Maybe you are just young, it takes time to build muscle. If you feel like you have abs and you just can't see them then you have to lose fat. You need to be at a low body fat percentage to see your abs. Try intense workouts that keep your heart pacing fast and also watch what you eat. Hope this helps. Have a great day.
