Honey, you need to do actual exercise to get a slimmer neck. It takes hard work to look good not sitting there with a little tool on your chin.

Your ment to hold it down for 2 seconds, I think it works the chin more, I got one off ebay the other day so hoping my chin starts disapearing in a few weeks time :)
