@japguy360 of course the Japanese version is the best. However, X-Japan is not really famous outside Japan because most of their songs were written in Japanese. With the English version, they can get the credits they deserve.

@hoangnamld no...it's just been translated. Now, if the meaning, intent, and emotion/power is different...then yes. If not, it's just a translated version. Which btw, I prefer the Japanese version.
