Basically when you see α+ι is "e" and ο+ι is "i" so "και" is "ke and "σοι" is "si". This text is very difficult, where did you find it? Anyway, I 'm saying this because I 'm from Greece.

I've always been perplexed why it is that seminaries use this reading technique for biblical greek and it sounds horrible compared to if you study Hebrew, it at leasts sound something like the modern language. I think that they should allow modern Greek pronunciation to give it a more authentic sound than this anglo sounding tecnique
