Nexus Youth Summit - 2011 Invitation

To put the hope and promise of young people on the world stage, leaders are coming together in New York City this summer, from July 26th to 29th, 2011, for The Nexus: Global Youth Summit on Innovative Philanthropy and Social Entrepreneurship. It will be convened by Search for Common Ground and the Young Donor Network as follow up to the first meeting on Young Philanthropy held at the United Nations.

I also had an awesome time at the opening last night! I've never made a speech before to a room full of 350 fully empowered 20-40 years olds w/the means/influence in their part of the world but who see the "big picture". I now know the work I have been called to do is part of something growing in the hearts of many in their own unique paths...

Wow! I feel like I've found my tribe! Everyone here is from age 20 to 40 and 100% commited to changing the world!....if we can succeed in coordinating our efforts, the future is gonna rock!
