I agree to an extent. I do feel more satisfied if I do the work myself.
On the other hand, I can't stand those with the attitude that you shouldn't own a nice car unless you do the work yourself. At car shows, I always overhear the self-proclaimed car expert making snarky comments towards anyone who bought it rather than built it.
If a guy wants a nice car and has the money to pay to get it done right, I'll respect him and his ride.

ahhh man. great motor in an overpriced car. isnt that what GM is about? hah. love the LS2. monster motor. along with the LS7.

nothing wrong with having a shop do the work and if you have the cash, some people just don't have the time to work on the car. although its always more fun and you learn a lot more when you build you own. a car enthusiast is a car enthusiast.

Thanks...... That motor is gone. We built and replaced it with an LSX 440 with 13:1 Compression....If all goes well, it will fire up on Saturday.....STAY TUNED FOR THE VIDS!
