Undergraduate Electrical Engineers build first ever onboard vision controlled quadrotor. This video demonstrates the quadrotor holding position over an LED target. Once the quadrotor in put into place by joystick, all other movements made by the robot are completely autonomous. All components flying the robot are on board. This was a senior project and this is the flight that won the competition. Team Top Gun: Ivan Perez, Stephen Farnsworth, Steve Wettstein, Peter Niedfeldt, Drew Smith and Scott Wiest.
