  • I wish i had your setup dude. I just have 2 kitchens chairs for dips and stuff and a pull up bar in my basement. so its good enough though

  • @Dem0nicPanda Yaa the setup is pretty cool! Atleast you got the stuff you need to do the exercises. :) Kitchen chairs are great for dips and starting out planche stuff on them.

  • @Fazioenterprise hey man i really like all these movements and am impressed by your strength, if u don't mind man i want to know what do you do or how many times do you workout or do you just do these movements randomly at anytime or do you train with free weights cause i really want to be able to do movement like those and by the way i can do like 15 push ups and a couple of pull ups but am a hard worker so whatever u say i should i will do, so i will really appreciate it if u help me n' thanks

  • @Fazioenterprise yes i agree, i just think it's like a strenght test.

    planche push up can be performed in a lot of different ways, so the can't be used for a "universal" strengh test.

    i'm just curious about your max time hold:)

    and sorry, really, for my english...im italian:(
