@sloppiexx Windows 7 should enable TRIM automatically. If you want to check a program like SSDlife will tell you if TRIM is supported and enabled.

Actually, I don't wanna be a pedantic cunt, but the 2.6.33 release of the Linux kernel introduced support for TRIM, and that was on February 24th 2010, prior to the recording of this video. Thus, Windows 7 was not the only OS to support it. But seriously, nobody gives a damn so I'll stfu.
