I agreed with you up until you dropped the "f" word. You make a lot of valid points. Your use of an anti-gay slur is still unacceptable. Looking at you in your video another word comes to mind, one that might offend you. Would you appreciate it if others pointed to your apparent physical "flaw"?
Cussing and degrading people simply diminishes your effectiveness as a speaker. You also lose credibility in whatever message you might have gotten across.
