Here's the thing. If you're looking for a sandwich with the toppings that the Domino's sandwiches come with, then I think the Domino's sandwiches win. The oven-baked read really is pretty kick-ass. But if you're looking for rare and exotic sandwich toppings like lettuce, turkey, mayo, etc, then Subway is simply going to win by default. It's the same story in reverse with Subway's pizzas.
Incidentally, if you're creative enough, you can make a decent hamburger out of a Domino's sandwich.

I work at Dominos. And I'm going to be honest.
I've eaten a Dominos sub before. And they're okay. But I'm a loyal Subway customer. Their subs are more expensive but you're getting what you pay for.

You can't really compare the two. Dominos are just pizza on a baguette, subway is an actual sandwich.
