@MisterAlf1 You can setting it with WVGA(848×480), and you can choose 30fps 60fps 120fps in there.
-
@MisterAlf1 Under the video mode settings - there is a WVGA 120fps option. I didn't know it existed either until today haha
-
@iGoProVideo fuck twixtor.
-
@MisterAlf1 The 120fps mode is in WVGA 120 (super slow motion) or WVGA 60fps (slow motion) 170 ultra wide angle. It does say in the settings menu on the camera when you change resolution. hope it helps

Love the 120fps! I shot some bike jumps with My new Hero2 (HumbleOutdoors $270 w/free SD Card) at 120fps. Very cool feature.
-
@MisterAlf1 bro, the 120 fps is under the WVGA mode which is the lowest quality mode
-
@MrSamemoon Thanks! Found the 120fps setting in WVGA mode after posting on the GoPro Facebook page. Coming from the world of "large" video cameras, I was assuming the GoPro frame rate setting worked the same way. Still got a lot to learn on these little guys but am AMAZED by the image quality of these little things!
-
@mikevaneck1 No worries mate! Thanks - and I DID find the setting for 120fps in WVGA mode after Facebooking the GoPro page.
-
@MisterAlf1 fps doesn't have to do with the speed of the clip. You can play a clip in real-time with any frame speed. All the fps does is make any slow motion done in an editing software smoother. So the two clips were the same. Hope this helps.

cool vid!
-
@mikevaneck1 yeah and it cost like 350 bucks
-
@toshiroo Twixtor 'interpolates' the frame rate
-
@loadedmultimedia can you have twixtor for FCP X??
please answer! :)
-
How can it become 1000 if the recording is 120fps?
-
@ScizzoHD is it free?
-
aaaaaw fFCK flying pasta!
-
@iGoProVideo no. don't use twixtor. it's extremely played and looks incredibly fake.
Where is the 120fps setting on a Hero 2?. I only see 60fps in 720p mode. And from the shadow outline in the bottom right of the frame it looks like you used a single camera and filmed one explosion. So how did you change the setting and duplicate the same exact explosion if you shot the 120fps clip all in camera? Or did you really just mean that you shot ONE explosion at 60fps and then slowed it down to 120fps with software? Please clarify. Thanks.
