it's not a H.O.T song , but it's one of my favorite chinese songs, It also features the 12 girl band, which was cool as hell.

Heard this one years ago. I don't know any Chinese really, so I looked the lyrics up, they're very meaningful. I encourage others who don't know the language to do so as well.

Haha, no, I meant that Andy12300 said that, I wasn't translating my reply, I was translating his question.
I explained to him that we listen to all types of music, although many Americans do indeed enjoy rock.

Andy12300's saying that this song is cool because it talks about going green and it sounds good at the same time. He later says that he really wants to go the the states because they have amazing music.
Handsomeric said something about this song leaving a superficial impression? (Not too sure though. I, like you, learned simplified... but I can read most of the traditional characters, also.)

他们什么都喜欢听. pop, hip hop, rap, country, r&b, 等等. 但很多人的确是喜欢摇滚.
美国的摇滚是很棒,但说pop我还是喜欢中国的歌曲.
