@Pafoofnik1 You ARE full of crap.....however, if you ever find yourself in one of these encounters, then refuse to show your ID. Cops dont care. You will get cuffed up and taken away anyway. Your defense attorney will supply the police with your ID.

@Cantstopthebaddancer Most PI laws dictate you must be "manifestly" under the influence. Disorderly behavior, publicly urinating, annoying people, unconscious/sleeping it off on a bench, these are a few examples that could get you arrested. Staggering about in public, making a danger to yourself or others can be considered public intox. Calmly standing, not "manifestly" drunk, is not a crime.
