Nihari Recipe - A breakfast curry

Nihari is cooked using beaf, however, I have used chicken. You can substitute chicken with beaf and adjust the cooking time. Chicken takes a lot less time to cook.
Millions of people eat this curry dish as breakfast. Yes that is correct. Nihari is supposed to be eaten in the morning as a breakfast dish. Originally from Delhi this dish has migrated beyond its borders and is now an international dish. Try this simple way of cooking this very traditional dish.
