    This is so freaking True, i Mean not only little people may infringe copyrights on big companies. but big corporations can do the same to little people. like example Viacom steals YouTube videos and uploads them to their site.

    Also, you're not even claiming the thing is yours, you're giving everyone credit, and it doesn't harm anyone and you don't make money off of it. In fact most of the time it's free advertisement. So why the hell do they want to take it down?

    I don't get why this is taken down, doesn't it fall under fair use? Also, I can listen to A LOT of songs on here and watch a lot of movie clips, even full episdoes of some shows, all uploaded by people that didn't make them, but using a little part of something to better your own creation, is wrong? Even if you make a review of 20 minutes and use 10 seconds of a song it gets taken down! then why not take down all those uploads of existing things? I don't get youtube's copyright BS.

    I recently learned that the Jesus of the bible is a legend, a mashup made up from several historical jesuses, hearsay, gossips, myths, legends and even other religious figures from other religions.
