This is a project I made based off of the Instructable:

It uses 23 LEDs off of a 15V Power Source. (11 LEDs for left, 12 for right)
I used the light shielding you fin in office lights on the ceiling. Almost like a diamond pattern (bumpy).

a PNP transistor?.. not an NPN?.. if i know well Tip31 is a NPN
