http://www.blogilates.com This is the ultimate arm sculpting video with Pilates instructor, Cassey Ho! You'll work your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and chest! You'll need a pair of hand weights 5-10 lbs, a toning ball 5-10 lbs, and a yoga block. These items can be substituted w/ household items if you don't have them.

Hello, have you tried "Belly Fat Quencher"? Simply just search Google. On there you can get a useful free video by a well respected doctor and licensed nutritionist teaching on how to get rid of extra fat. This helped Andre to reduce his belly fat. It might help you as well.

If you wanted to continue with a dip you could try on a chair or just with your hands on the floor. Otherwise try a tricep exercise with weights, like a row or tricep extension.

I didn't have a yoga ball I Used college textbooks, but this really hurt my shoulders. I tried repositioning myself and moving my legs loser and further away but nothing seemed to help. It was an uncomfortable pain, not a good pain so I stopped. Any ideas on what is causing the pain? Anyway I can target my triceps minus the dips like this? Maybe triceps dips using a chair?
