@dzoniizkv A warning though, when you go up against Red, Bird Pokemon are highly weak due to most of his Pokemon knowing Blizzard. So make sure you have an ice-resistant Pokemon with you when you go up on Mt. Silver.

His line up is like Pikachu, Lapras, Snorlax, Blastoise, Charizard, and Venusaur I believe. Pikachu, Charizard, and Venusaur are the easiest to take out though, so watch the other three.

@dzoniizkv, here's a hint for a more versatile Pokemon, you have a good variety, but bird/flying type Pokemon tend to get stronger, faster, and work in multiple situations well. Hence why Blue's Pidgeot was so hard for you to get rid of.

Evolving a low level Starly into Staraptor makes for a good Pokemon, and you can cut corners of course by using other Pokemon to defeat higher levels for it.

Pidgey also works well like this. I only prefer Staraptor because of Close Combat and Brave Bird. C:
