Please don't take this the wrong way. It looks like Sherlock and John are having a affair, and this looks like Sherlock ended it, but he's having second thoughs about. Because he still have feelings for John. And knows he'll never break clean from John, because his heart belongs with him.

The timing is really great. When the song says 'does it hurt' you've chosen great moments of anguish. I love it.
