  • I know it was made a little while back, but I highly resent that remark. I was born and raised in America. My grandfather's grandparents were from County Tipperary, and I learned Irish songs from a man named Kevin Guerin from Miltown Malbay, County Clare, who learned how to play tin whistle from Willie Clancy. Kevin is an All Ireland Tin Whistle Champion. If he taught and praises me, then I think your vast generalization is a little off.
