The song is about overcoming drug addiction, and the video complements it well. The girl becomes determined to get the guy and herself out of the lifestyle. She arduously drags him through the ugly city; he is helpless to free himself. She almost loses hope, but her drive kicks in and pushes herself to the limit. Finally, they both arrive in a beautiful place, and he wakes up from his nightmare.
