He's being filmed from below and he's on a massive hill. The surface topography is faint because it's all white, but you can see the angles of the terrain. On that terrain the movement looks normal. Anyone can recreate that kind of footage on a steep hill, if you then remove all references, like background and sky, then the movement can to some look odd, as in this footage. This is a tiny fragment of one of the many movies that prove man walked on the moon.
