  • So her stance on tibet is troublesome. I suppose you have a stance too, which you consider God-sent?

Funny how increasingly open-minded the Chinese have become, and how narrow-minded Chinese haters have become.

  • Sa Dingding spreads the Buddhist's mantra for the whole world to enjoy.. The Buddha would not disaprove of that.

  • what's the song at 2:16?

  • She's what a classic artistic genius is! She's so intelligent and free in her feelings and thinking!

  • Wonderful ! Great singer

  • Geez, I never really into Chinese music but even I could tell tell that the host was definitely an idiot, she was so ignorant of the Asian culture and in her questions, there were traces of chauvinism and sarcasm. However, I was impressed by Miss Sa's speech throughout the whole interview process. She was so collected and a woman with brain. Bravo Miss Sa.

  • It is sad that she's interviewed multiple Chinese people and still doesn't understand anything of the culture. She says it's "unusual" to live with your parents, but she should know better if her job is to interview Asian people.

  • she asked jay chou the same question about living with his parent at his age. still she hasnt understood or learnt to respect the chinese culture. its not like living with our parents means we're still dependent of them....its not about that. its about a love and responsibility for the elderly. it is a big part in chinese moral teachings.

  • chinese are much more open minded and creative than before, sadingding is one of them,I love her

  • Actually, they are playing that song in the beginning of the interview

  • She has a song called Holy Incense in the movie Prince of Himalaya with Tibetan actor and singer Puba jia. It's pretty good.

  • Great CNN interview series on Sa Ding Ding. I think she's perfectly within her rights to have firm beliefs in tradition, firm beliefs in music in 2009 and firm creative ideas - including language - to express it all. Isn't that what creativity and art is all about - the expression of one's creative mind. All power to her, she's one of a kind in the music business and she does it with absolute, class and style.
