i think alex is a good QB, i think he is as talented and smart as big ben....im a utah fan,i seen him in college he was the real deal! he gots a bad team him,unlike ben was put in a good situation drafted 11th pick,if we drafted smith he would do same as ben.

I think it's in the best interest of the niners to give Alex one more shot. He's the first round pick and was playing injured his last season. I don't see why not considering they're gonna be a defensive minded team running the ball with gore and coffee.

like i said i agree that hill deserves to start and i would be confident that hill can get the job done if he starts. But i'm just saying that smith has better qb skills, just wasnt developed properly. And in that vikings game, the vikes were up by like 3 touchdowns and resting their starters on defense. But anyways, hill has played well and i would be confident if he was the starter and he should be cuz he deserves it. But if hill fails, i would be confident in smith for one more FAIR chance

Not really you think about it Hill has gone through worse he went undrafted out of Maryland in 2000 signed as a rookie free agent for Minnesota and only took two snaps to take a kneel down. He then went to Europe for a year and was the most productive QB in the league. Then he goes to San Fran to sit behind DIlfer and Smith and on a given SUnday against the team he started with MInnesota he gets the chance to play after Dilfer goes down and he throws a TD on his first possesion. How do like that
