I got a trash can cut holes in the lid then put screen wire inside the lid and cut a hole for the hose, this works very well for large amounts of leaves but the Worx does get heavy after awhile,
it's not the greatest but it beats raking leaves the old fashion way.

why not just get a stihl sh56 blower/vac it shreds leafs and is only 250$ . but is gas but it is cordless and has 140mph speed too.

I have another brand of leaf blower/vacuum, but I am quite sure this worx the same. You will get your hands dirty because of attempting to get the chipped leaves in a bag and you back/shoulder blades will feel the pain for days after b/c of the weight pulling on the shoulder harness. It is corded, nuff said there. I hate the one i bought-I hire out someone to us their John Deere to pick up leaves for 15 bucks in fall. What a shitty job picking up leaves, rather mow.

im not buying it because it's powered by a cord, its not cordless need to improve it by making it cordless or battery powered but still really impressive
On this product the impeller is made of plastic. I would be cautious of larger sticks or large pieces of bark just to avoid jamming and or damage. I would assume that if a rock were sucked up it could chip the impeller. In areas with that kind of debris though I would recommend switching to the blower feature.

I haven't personally tried this, but I'm glad to hear someone has had a great experience with it.
