Oh, and I forgot to say an old nice guy in a Chevy (which I hate, but am just telling the truth) pulled us out. We were able to move back and forth abot twenty feet but were in a ditch we could not climb. The wheels were almost completly burried

People trip too much about this kind of stuff. I had 10k miles on my TRD 4X4 Tacoma before my brother in law came to visit. Not only did we get stuck that day but I got ALL FOUR wheels off the ground jumping hills in the state forest. He said his Blazer would have bottomed out. We hit hard! Today I still drive it problem free at 131K miles.
