RG&E #1941 - Out of the shop - 11.29.2011

Later in the evening on Tuesday, November 29, 2011, a now fully restored ex-Rochester Gas & Electric GE 45-tonner #1941 is started and moved out of the R&GVRRM's shop. Since it was a relatively warm night especially for late November in Rochester, the decision was made to take the #1941 to give it a quick bath to wash off a layer of dust and dirt that had settled on the new paint from other ongoing projects in the shop. To keep things simple, we just started one of the two prime movers since the second prime mover needs to have its governor adjusted since we recently had it rebuilt. We will be undertaking that work in the coming weeks.
