Basically took a bunch of stills, photoshoped them, through them into After Effects and animated. Simplest answer i can give. Thanks for your comment, and more to come!

After Effects. Its Adobe's motion graphics program. It does cost about 1000, but we have licenses here to use them at school (Full Sail Real World Education in Orlando FL)
