it should be practiced naked, whilst holding a brussel sprout between the buttocks to maintain correct tension in the botty region.

Ice cold water should be poured over the breasts to make the muscles tense up, which makes the nipples additional weapons that can poke an attackers eyes out.

Oh no , if it was like that I would not even entertain doing karate! the females as far as i have been told are not asked to go half bare for sanchin. I hope your not made to do that , do you train at these guys dojo ?

wow that is very good sanchin kata, I wish you guys could get some women also doing that kata as I am learning it and have always seen guys do this , it would be great to get some footage of it being done by women ? any chance of this happening !

put your best female students on believe me it would helpful to women like me to see that other women can do the kata's to perfection just like you guys !
