NOT ballons. Chemtrails are going on today here ins So Cal and I just witnessed the exact same type of weired orb.

No its ballons! Ive seen lots of footage like this. I myself filmed what I though was UFOs come to find out it was three ballons tied togeather.

I framed this footage and this is clearly 3 ballons. One can clearly see the strings.

The "strings" are called Angels' Hair they're very common with these type of UFOs.

It would have to be a rigid frame holding them in the same position through out all the movements. Wouldn't the bottom two, being the same size as the top one overpower it and rise over the single balloon? If you reproduced this even though it would shake around with the wind as long as all three balloons were the same size they would float horizontally and not have one lighter than the other two combined.Two balloons of the same size have more lift than just one.Why is the top balloon dominant?
