@RossMMA1612 Well last I heard he was doing some movies. I just saw a video of him on BloodyElbow and he looked great. He has a hot girlfriend and probably in his best shape in years. I'm sure we will see him fight again, but gladly not out of desperation like other veterans.

i like heath but he really annoyed me after the lesnar fight, i think he should have got back as soon as he was allowed to fight again, i bet you if he comes back, he will get put against mir or carwin, but i really do ever see him coming back, even though he said he would

I hope when Herring makes his return, he takes his training to a new level. That prefight video of him lazily lifting some weights in preparation for Lesnar was lame. He also said he didn't spend any time training his ground game for the kongo fight. Can't get away with stuff like that anymore. He is way too talented to let it go to waste.

Heath Herring is da man! He may not be the best out there, but he sure as hell isn't the worst. He makes it exciting, and he has a fantastic attitude and personality. Great influence in the sport.
