The December holiday season is traditionally a time to eat, drink and be merry. However, headache and migraine sufferers are strongly advised to take care of what they eat and drink as they attend festive parties. Dr Elliot Shevel the Medical Director of The Headache Clinic discusses on ETV Lunchtime Live what headache sufferers can do to avoid getting an attack over the festive season so that they can enjoy their holidays.

  • To commemorate Headache Awareness Week (6th- 12th June), The Headache Clinic will be hosting an education seminar in Gauteng on Thursday 30th June to provide expert information, support and advice to people affected by headaches. This seminar will be totally free of charge and doctors/medical students will earn 4 CPD points from attending this seminar.
