Fallout: New Vegas quick level up glitch

A little glitch i discovered when i was talking to one of the soldiers in Caesars Legion in Cottonwood Cove.
For this to work you need to have atleast 35 speech or else you won't pass the speech-check and get the XP.
And yes, i know filming your TV isn't the preferred method of recording gameplay, but since i have no device that lets me record directly from my TV this had to do.

your level 13... with those stats mann im sorry but your guy is not good. At lv 14 i had 85 lockpicking and 65 guns and at least 35 everything else.

I get 16 skill points to distibute per level.

And that's with the... extra skill points per level-perk

Do you have to exit whenever you level up or will the points all add up in the end?

@Dilutedfurquewall put your intelligance in the beginning at 10 so you will have at least 17 points with extra skill point perk
