The block of the Yoga Catastophre was not the best solution. He had EX or could have made the jump. Bad decicion trying to block with 5% health left :P

facts:
yes, dhalsim is playable, and not that bad.
- how you can see in the vid, you have to play very strategic, like his "fake" teleports.
- and keeping the enemy in a distance from you = your using your range to win.
- plus his backwards-H-kick is a very good anti-air.
