  • hey mike!!! i'm just wondering..i's it ok for me to lift weights ??cause i currently am..

    but there is a problem with my lower back..it hurts when i lift heavy weights and bend my back..it also hurt when i a take a long run or do ab workouts that requires bending of the back...

  • Oh hey! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my auntie got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

  • i damaged my shoulders a bit n i feel fine now that i do rear delt work :).probably irrelevant but i thought i d share with u :WHEN U WORK SHOULDERS REAR DELTS 1ST!this way u warmup ur small rotator cuff muscles :)
