If you enjoy what you are doing you will find time to fit it into your busy schedule. I recommend starting with just a couple workout sessions a week and as you get used to fitting in workouts to your schedule you can slowly adjust your priorities until you've reached the level where you are satisfied with your health and fitness routine.
