Parachuting out of the Dornier 27 at Lower Light, South Australia, in 1973. The old, round Paracommander canopies and a hefty helmet-mounted 16 mm film camera -- no digitial video back then. Scrappy rel work but fun times. Cameraman: Bernie Keenan (base). Jumpers: Steve Swann (pin), Steve Boldog, Greg Miller, Col Parsons, Wayne Irons, Terry Angus, Al McEwen et al. Pilot: the inimitable Brenton Miller.

Fantastic. Apart from parachute design nothing much has changed overall. Didn't realise they had camera back then? what a whoppa it would have been!
