@codyxscott download from a page becuz when i downloaded it with the desktop manager it happened the same as u download from a page and dont do the same as this guy the blackberry 8330 has issues with OS 5.0

I had same issue YOu have to goto programs, common files, Research in motion, app loader and do it that way. But you might still run into trouble there.
My issue is when I try and update It cannot find all the necessary files...

Can you explain how you installed the 5.0 OS? I'm not having any luck after I install the 5.0 files on my computer because the Desktop Manager doesn't load the update...
any suggestions?

it was blurry but it showed me how it looked at least . it looks like it has a good new look can't wait for it but imma wait for a official release atleast from another carrier. i don't want to deal with none of the bugs
