@AnarchyEngineer installing is pretty easy. ROM is about 230MB package, but after installation you have about 120MB or 160MB (don't remember) free space on inbuilt memory.

If you want use version as mine (APP2SD+) you need to create partition on your SD card with ext3 filesystem / 1GB space.

Only one thing is really important - you must root your phone (your RECOVERY must be available to install another ROM).

@lclhst So really- it's like any other rom then? I don't really need to worry about the Rom, and only need to partition my Sd with 1Gb min, then install like any other roms. One question though: Is the App2SD+ needed on the partitioned SD card, or is it installed with the rom?

@AnarchyEngineer yes, it's the same as installation any other ROM. Creating clean, empty partition on SD is all you must do- everything else comes while installing ROM (APP2SD+ is integrated).

Steps you should do on installing:

1. make partition for app2sd+ on your sd card

2. copy rom.zip to your memory card

3. go to recovery

4. wipe data/factory, dalvik-cache

5. flash your phone with rom.zip

6. restart device

Do you need S-OFF on the Desire ? And do you have to change the HBOOT version with Alpharev to CM7 ?

@ecartman12 If you want the Ring unlock screen, search on Google, "SenseOnFire ROM"

It has the pull to unlock ring like on this :P

Extract the lockscreen and adb push it onto your phone :P
