This phone is very very cool but it will be 3 years old come December. I had the original razr2 when it came out like 2 or 3 years ago and I wasn't impressed so I sold it incredibly cheap. I'm not spending 250 on a phone that will turn old in the next few months. I rather wait for the New razr or get an android.

Well, in some ways I agree with you and in other ways I disagree. The newer cellphone like Android platforms and BlackBerrys is a different type of product with different uses. This is an easy to use phone with a few nice features but still easy to use and not difficult to get the hang of it. Not only that but this is more on the luxury end, if you are looking for the latest technology with all the bells and whistles as far as modern technology usage than, i agree you will not be impressed.

Casing is plastic but its not a typical plastic, its almost like porcelain, and the screens are made od a sapphire glass, not plastic.

Casing is not metal but also not plastic, its like some kind of carbon fibre.
