Here's a video showing how you can use a wireless Xbox 360 Controller in Ableton. This will also work for any DAW including Reason, Cubase, Flstudio etc...or just for operating your PC. This should also work with PlayStation controllers and many others.

Hope it helps, please rate, comment and subscribe :]

  • @eArtrash Brilliant!!

  • Awsome vid bud... this helped alot, thx much. It is well worth 9.99 for the program, people need to stop being cheap! + when you pay and get it from the source, you dont have to worry about whether or not its safe. Works great thx again bud

  • I use xpadder with traktor. With ableton i use a cheap graphics tablet. Trust TB-5300. £25 and has shortcut commands around the edge of the tablet to map to start, stop , record etc. HID controllers are the future, no midi latency issues.

  • @DogGhost21 use 1 from the xpadder site

  • was just wondering, if there is any way of using the controller as a MIDI controller, to control synths etc. i mainly use reason but i imagine if it works in one it will work in them all? if anyone could help i would appreciate it :)

  • Scotland!! thanks alot.
