Feedlots and poultry corporations love cheap corn made possible by Gov. encouraging overproduction of feeder corn which in turn bankrupts a few more family farms.
Ethanol has created a secondary use for feeder corn while returning the good ingredients in corn minus the carbs used for ethanol. The leftover, DDGS, weighs 1/3 as much and can be shipped cheaply all over earth. This is good news for farmers and consumers, bad news for Feedlots and poultry operators who want something for nothing
