I would not forgive him. I would sentence him to death, hope he comes back as a tree, and when he does, I would hope he is cut down, dragged through the muddy forest, and when he's finally ground into paste, I would print the bible on his sorry ass.

I may not be a believer, but I respect that man for forgiving Ridgway. It took an enormous amount of courage and self control to be able to stand there, given the chance to look this bastard in the face and tell him that he forgave him. The thing is, I think it was the greatest revenge in an ironic way, because Ridgway truly feel what he had done, and finally showed that he too is tormented by the atrocities that he did.
